I have to agree. I'm pretty sceptical here, I can see no way that the director's wont recommend accepting this offer. It would take a very strong and moral set of directors to hold out for more. Without suggesting they are doing anything illegal I am sure they are being well looked after. $8.65 it is I'm afraid.
