ASX Company announcement
In its response to the ASX price query on the 27 April 2009 the Company confirmed that the resource
upgrade will not be available in the immediate future.
The Company has conducted 20,000 metres of diamond drilling at Kvanefjeld during 2008 which did
not include the 10,000 metres of historical core received from the Danish Atomic Energy Agency
during the year.
The assays for this work have recently been completed. Data validation and the incorporation of this
data into the existing resource database are continuing. There are more than 500,000 individual
assays to be incorporated.
Incorporating the 2008 results into the existing resource database is anticipated to have a significant
impact on the current stated JORC Inferred Resource of 215,000,000 tonnes at 1.21% rare earth
oxides, at Kvanefjeld along with other associated multi-element “by-products”.
The company expects to have this update to market as soon as this process has been completed.
