But trading has been on consistently high volumes for the last few days so distribution phase is almost over at these levels

The bigger and longer the build up, the stronger the breakout. This delay is a good thing as it shakes out the short term invesotrs, t+3 guys etc and leaves the sturdy hands in. Makes for a more sustained run when she eventually does decide to go. Hopefully the delay isn't so long though that investors begin to lose interest or get impatient. I would assume that results are not far away and agree aprox 1-2 weeks

Must be mindful also that there are other forces at play, computers, BOTs etc which may be a sign of sophisticated investors backing this. Then there's the subconscious resistance levels, which further strengthens the point made by another poster - that when 40c is broken, it's on for the young and old!
