I agree that he should buy into the company, show us some faith in his own spin. He needs to do something to restore faith and put back into the company what he took out in legal fees.
Dock his salary by a certain % until the "debt" is repaid. He cashes in with his big salary when the company is winning, he should take a hit from his detrimental impact.
I don't think the fundamentals are bad considering Covid times.
It also bugs me that people complained about the cap raises that were used for (beneficial) acquisitions. They were good moves. I don't care that the growth of the company was made off these acquisitions because they are now part of LVT and they are performing.
All my own opinions based on reading the reports.
