I think your choice of the word "need" is not accurate. they don't need capital, they want capital.
If you can remove competition through acquisition, you take a bigger slice of the pie. Potentially existing customers off of acquired company and also less options for new customers to choose from creating more opportunity.
People complain and don't want a cap raise because it will dilute our shares. So they LISTEN and seek funding elsewhere and people still complain about it.
LVT is investing in growth the same way we are investing in LVT... hoping to take a profit.
Never look a gift horse in the mouth, opportunity is opportunity.
