watercrest ..... read the announcement of 22/11/2010. that will explain all. that is, you were not eligible for the SPP as the record date was 19/11/2010 (that is, the ex-date was 4 days prior to 19/11/2010 & therefore you had to buy at the latest on 15/11/2010.
if you do not understand all of that then do a bit of reading on the SSX website.
