The following is from the latest update on the Tartana IPO.
• received applications from 102 investors for 1,559,200 Shares totalling approximately $311,740.In aggregate this represents 260 shareholders and applicants, for approximately 1.5 million Shares raising approximately $0.3 million, to which must be added indications of broker interest for approximately 3.3 million Shares for an additional 40 investors
So they want to raise $4m and have only raised $311k after all this time. I wonder if there was a clause where SDV gets their tenement back if they can’t get off the ground. The IPO has been extended out to the end of Feb now
