Agree and ask the same question...would love to have an answer...Seems it doesnt matter what ann comes out the share price is not allowed to move..seems its manipulated to sit between 19,19.5 and definately not allowed to move beyound 20c...perhaps needs the authorities to establish if something untoward is happening with the trading..just seems to much control to be randam and reflective of a fully informed market...definately a manipulation that should be easy to establish the cause....but what would i know...other than the share price has not followed a historical normal pattern but strongly controled..
