Update on the SMM solomon page, page-10

For judge Brown to say that this case was a complete waste of courts time, it doesn't sound like Smm have any grounds to lodge an appeal,
I would assume Smm would have to have a very good piece of evidence that can convince a judge to reopen this case,
Smm have had 12 months to try and win this and couldn't with their half baked excuses and and crap evidence that has insulted the courts integrity,
This is why judge Brown has taken so long to get through this case, like invest4it has said many times, it was to make sure this case was water tight, so there couldn't be any grounds for an appeal.
Judge Brown is very respected and experienced, I doubt that he has missed something, that will allow smm to appeal.
