Last year there was actually a 20% dip in October which is seasonally abnormal but then above average Nov/Dec
There is no doubt that Oct-March there is more listings than the remaining 6 months of the year. Differance is about 20%.
My previous 2 months have been well up, and interestingly the largest size of boards I do has increased as a percentage of the total boards i do in a month, This does not show me people are desperate to sell if they are spending extra on marketing expenses.
