One of Aussies bluebloods in the property sector is looking decidedly shaky.
They bang on about increased demand in their preso but that assumes a lot including an improved level of affordability at a time when it's going backwards. Where will inflation be in a few years? Will we dodge a Recession? Will raw materials prices and labour rates be at a level which will support much needed improved margins whilst keeping prices of homes at an affordable level.
