I have written to TNG and received a reply in regards to the TiO2 offtake agreement that they announced in December 2017 was with the Lawyers is that it is still under review so we are still negotiating with the same organisation. I am amazed that they put out an announcement to advise this in December 2017 and nothing has been communicated since. 5 months is not acceptable and if that is " Just around the corner " or " at the pointy end " then I would has a a guess is will be 2022 or 2023 before we see them in production.
PB does not appear to have any sense of urgency.
