update on trading status

I've just got off the phone with Matthew Longworth the Exploration Director.

He has certainly put my mind at ease concerning the suspension of trading.

Basicly this is the wrap -

2 announcements are expected on Friday.

The first one is an update on the available resources and is considered by Matthew to be very positve.

The second is a detailed announcement on the funding of the feasability study for the KNP (Kalgoorlie Nickel Project)

At this satge the timing is expected for some time on Friday with trading to commence soon after.

Any concerns about Heron's suspension from the ASX at the same time as SGW is totally false and he said given that if they knew SGW was going go beely up they would have opted for an alternative rather than to suspend.

I hope this clarifies for those holders
