The 2 times I have contacted them the management have been excellent to deal with.
I sent an email last week as I was sitting in front of the PC waiting for the announcement. When it didn't come through I emailed them asking what was up. I had a phone call to my house within 5 minutes!
Yesterday I emailed them about my concerns as it had now been 4 days and same thing, a phone call within 5 minutes.
They regretted taking so long but the details of the financing arrangements are taking longer than expected.
No fear all is well with Heron :)
