It's one thing for their former CEO to chase some staff skirt, but another for them to announce a bodgy takeover bid the last day of the financial year (aka Window Dressing Day) for some $1.6 billion, without even requesting a trading halt, and then the offer is quickly withdrawn with the share price spiking massively and then reverse almost just as hard withing one trading day. What hope have we got with stuff like this happening ? Welcome to the first confirmed market fraud of the new financial year. And yes i lost money on DJS a few times in the last 6 months.
