Just to be clear, these turkeys had a month since the first T/O offer was made to carry out some preliminary due diligence on Dodgy Bros yet they didnt - how could they even consider announcing the approach - it took the media 1 days to find out about the this bidder who is headquartered between a fish and chip shop and a local dry cleaner!
