Sorry AMDG, I think ASIC was not planning to investigate the trading around Friday - although I suspect that they may only a cursory investigation of the whole mishandling of the affair by the board. Also, I stand correct, the bidder's headquarters was between a noodle shop and a wig shop - definitely more credible than being near a fish and chip shop - must swayed the board as to its credibility!
