whichever way you cut the cake that's one of the most obfuscating announcements I've encountered - and the reason is clear - BNE's relationship with Proxima is tenuous, licencing agreements do not appear to favour BNE and BNE is scrambling to salvage some interest from the wreck of the failed Capthymone and the possible success of BN006 in which they don't appear to have much of a commercial interest? one of the weirdest arrangements between a listed company a licencing group I've come across.
