I would imagine that a pre condition of second time talks were that valuation of assets must be long term and not current spot focused. With that initially agreed they would have invited counterparts back to the table. This time I presume they are playing on the same field so a conclusion is in sight.
A deal will be done as both sides obviously want that. All that is needed is a fair price. They will get to a 'fair' price soon I'm sure. The basis of 'fair' previously may not have been range specified.
My thoughts and opinions.
