Perhaps it is not Roka phasha and beng with is being pluralised as "communities" - but just beng "communities". I.e. Both beng communities.
I do agree that this announcement needed to be cystal clear and it isn't. Perhaps there will be an amended Ann made before open to clarify questions which come in over the weekend.
