The placement was for 40.55 million shares at 37c to institutional and sophisticated investors through Hartleys and that's a massive reason why the sp was smashed down from the 40's.

You're using the spp to help with your argument but left the biggest detail of all.

300 million shares, that isn't anything out of this world and is quite small for a oil and gas company who's in production. With money coming in each month and the $18m to be raised, there will be no more raisings and 300m shares ain't bad at all. If everything goes to plan with the new wells you could see a shareprice anywhere between $1-$2.
