The best way to make profit out of this debacle will be to look at who is likely to pick up these assets cheaply and invest in that company, or invest in one of the litigation funders which will eventually take on the case I imagine.

Unfortunetly KZL is dead, and the money gone. The adminstrators will certainly see to that, and even if it was to relist the recapitilisation would dilute everyone anyway, and there is no way to administrators or the directors care about shareholders interests.

The annoying thing is not being able to use it as a tax loss for this year.

Just putting this one down to a bad call and moving on as it well beyond my control.
