I think some people are misunderstanding what this represents.
The ramp up was to be COMPLETED by the end of December. This report covers the December QUARTER - in other words - October, November, and December. So - it covers the period DURING the last part of the ramp up.
When it's put into that context, I thought the numbers were actually good. Remember that at the beginning of the quarter - October 1st - the ramp-up process was still three months away from being completed. And it only just completed at the end of December.
So the report really doesn't cover ANY of the time AFTER the ramp-up was completed. That would be the first quarter of this year.
I think some people are misunderstanding what this...
