Actually I think it does in a rather convoluted fashion:
"reflecting the progressive completion of the previously announced work programs in the cracking and leaching units of the LAMP"
To me that suggests the work programs are very much ongoing into the current Q, as against earlier indications they would be completed. Logical explanation for the minimal increase over Nov.
Of course you could respond, with a double convolution & triple somersault, and suggest that as the ramp-up was not complete no commentary could be considered subsequent, but that then might just defeat the purpose of the exercise, lol.
