    I agree with @tolate - Ding has been providing unsecured working capital which will be converted into shares (@0.013). Why would they need to cap raise? Why would Ding not provide the capital if all the ducks are lined up? Makers zero sense for a cap raise at this point of the project... Off-takers paying the 10B for mines/port and rail but ANS needs to cap raise to keep the lights on in Perth...
