According to our last update dated 8 March 2024 the experts were required to file their joint statements by 12 July 2024 setting out the points where they agree and disagree with the other parties valuations and methodology used in determining those values. I guess the next step will be for the valuation parties to narrow the issues down to those on which they disagree. It will then be for a judge to determine which valuation is that which represents fair value to both parties. No doubt the Judge will use yet another valuation expert to assist him with this determination. How long will this take? I guess it depends on busy the parties are and when they can arrange a mutually convenient time to meet. I assume this will be an on line meeting? We can only hope this process is nearing completion or in fact may already have been completed.
Does anyone know if a hearing date has actually been set by the Bermudan Court?
