Yes, as a holder over many years and regular attendee at AGMs etc, I do agree.
It's possible the team may have significant parties actively involved at present, but surely a little general assurance is now warranted in this very tightly held company, in view of past advice that is now clearly incorrect.
Even just brief advice about the reason for the delaywould suffice.
