You and everyone else here are obviously more than entitled to your opinion about SN, who I know for a fact is hurting deeply and working his butt off to get to the bottom of this. I am 100% behind SN even if I haven't always fully agreed with everything he has done.

@dakook, they are still investigating, it takes time. It's not like trying to solve a simple algebra. Until they have done a FULL analysis and have a good handle of what they think is happening down there, how can they be expected to know what or how to fix it? Given that, beside an announcement stating they are still looking into it (which would be as useful as a solar-powered torch), what exactly are you expecting them to say?

If and when they do have something meaningful to update the market with, I am sure they will release an update then.
