I suppose my feeling is with specs you are too critical and apply a blue chip like analysis when in reality they are specs high risk but also high reward where any day an announcement can come out and completely transform the company or at leasts the markets perception towards it

I only used XTV because that was the most recent example of a spec transforming itself overnight

KKLs lack of cash holds it back from developing its assets but thats why it tries to JV them out

raising cash here would be very dilutionary and I think we would all hope they pull a rabit out of the hat with another project and hopefully can raise higher if need be
