I'd expect a rapid change in legislation if FLNG really isn't covered by PRRT. There's no way the government will let it slip through, surely?
The losers out of FLNG most of all will be the aboriginal community. But the greenies never gave a stuff about them in the first place.
Personally I don't care as long as it gets developed, it seems costs are roughly similar either way. The only reason I'm leaning towards JPP is because it would send wally into hysterics, which would be hilarious.
