re: all good... The last paragraph? That says "... final settlement has not yet been reached"? Wouldn't that be the same as Point 3: "The Parties are working diligently to finalise a binding Settlement Agreement..."?
Or are you referring to something else? Also, does it say that the final settlement (assuming they get there) will be confidential? Is that what the Confidential Term Sheet is about?
