Update regarding Bevan Slattery
NEXTDC Limited (ASX: NXT) (“the Company” or “NEXTDC”) wishes to advise that further to its
announcement regarding Mr Bevan Slattery’s (NEXTDC non-executive deputy chairman)
retirement from the board at the 2013 AGM, and in response to recent enquiries, Mr Slattery
has informed the Company that he has no intention of disposing of any of his current holding in
NEXTDC in the next 12 months.
