    Does anyone know what kind of evidence has been presented in court? And do u think the judge has enough info to make a firm decision one way or the other. I am leaning on a win by CMQ because I think the judge will find it difficult to rule on the side of the bondholders favour. If that is the case CMQ is a reasonable gamble at current prices.
