Agreed, still somewhat of the opinion this will get to market.. but will face new RTO legislation so gridcomm will need to show deals..

The original RTO was laughable which will not bode well - literally wasted everyone's time...
The fact they took off all performance shares and millions on value says a lot.. and then extended the offer to existing holders was even funnier...

Maybe if consolidation was lower existing holders could take up at least $1m and then sophisticated investors the rest..

Need to see revenue though..
