rohnin, I couldn't agree more, there are scientist & researchers who like to be left alone to do their own thing, advancing knowledge of the product they are working on.
Then there are the salespeople who bring it all to market and make the profit that keeps the companies viable.
Strange that most people have an aversion to the high flyers and fixers of today, but most companies will not venture far without a good upfront go getter. I think this is something that is very lacking in the ABU managements approach at the moment. They think that the ABU story will sell itself, regardless of the input or lack of, that they may put into it. Wrong!
