    I do not think this update is of any importance to noteholders, although it indicates a further step towards the payment to noteholders.

    Basically, we noteholders have to wait all creditors to be satisfied in regard to their debts owned by BNB before the remaining fund, if any, can be paid to us.

    noteholders rank behind those unsecured creditors.
