yes, the information is not important or relevant to noteholders. But the fact is that we noteholders did not receive the information, when this notice is clearly meant to be address to us as well creditors.

I only learn about the notice until after the deadline had pass. might not be applicable to us, however we all would like to be inform. Administrator might save a few bucks on stamp, but this is not really the way to do it.
