Seems to me from the pictures (which fall under the heading July 2010 operations), the process has been achieved. They must not be able to do it continuously in bulk because the drying component is not there yet. Evap ponds need govt s yet to be finished.
Guys I think that the difficult part is over. I stand to be corrected.
