One Dollar share price ought to be the lower end of reasonable market value as soon as the long delayed licenses are issued; however the main reason for the delay has been the DRC's newly elected President's several-months'-delay of appointing a new government, which has been solved just a few weeks ago. Therefore in the relatively near future I expect the panic-sellers of TAR to become like this guy:
