Josh. I have been researching the company and the Directors for last 2 hours, I have found so much stuff that doesn't sound any good to me.
I haven't finish yet, I will open a new threat about later tonight or tomorrow when i get together more info.
for now I can tell you from what I have found so far that the board focus hasn't been TAR but AJN https://ajnresources.com
The CEO Mark Gasson has a terrible history look him up on https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/people/person.asp?personId=22581852&privcapId=25107821and look the history of the other company he has been in and when he current is.
