Good to see BBP are further separating from B&B.

But reading Rolfe's emplyment conditions - what is it with these B&B people and their retention and short term incentive bonus's.!!!!

Isn't 'we will give you a job and you will work for us' good enough. Why do they all need retention bonus's etc to make sure they won't leave?????????

I guess these guys are the smartest in the room and they know what they are doing. NOT. 95%+ loss of market cap in 1 year.
