Regarding the forum contention about ounces cut offs, strip ratio, effect of drilling relative to metallurgy and the styles of processing I believe Ingvar Kirchner is a rare breed as Ian mentioned he’s very particular about what he puts his name to so he’s a real professional one of the very best in his field… ergo what he says is probably “bankable” from what I hear. For those interested in the 5% gross royalty today is a wonderful milestone giving HHM a valuable asset, set to grow in my view. It’s not an after cost of production royalty it’s simply 5% on all ounces above a million and sure it could be sold anytime to a canny opportunistic company given its onward and upward from here on!. I think it’s like a super safe insurance a pot of cash to grow especially north given by example the recent 33m @ a bit less than a gram at Artemis which is 10klms along strike!! From the main pit shell the royalty strike toward Artemis is about 6klms so plenty of ounces and growth to achieve in this giving system, for shareholders and royalty beneficiaries. With 31,000 metres of drilling I don’t think all the credit goes to just metallurgy, you might recall there’s been plenty of quite high grade results appearing over the period discussed. There’s more results to come and with two rigs plugging away it’s a wonderful time to enjoy the escalating economic benefits. No point giving yourself a headache trying to work out exactly what it’s all worth, let the suitor’s do that because we know it’ll be conservative lol!. My approximate “guess” for HHM shareholders at the moment is around 22c a share, plus bonuses as drilling continues.
