If they haven't announced something now it might take a while. I assume that they are now negotiating directly with Lord, probably under some duress while they hope some other things come together to give them a better negotiating position.

A lot of places are shut down till the 10th, not expecting any contract announcements untill after then.

It is clear that these guys don't know when things will happen. The only question now is whether they have the time to carry the delays or whether the cash flow will sink them. There is no way that we will be seeing 9M this year, but there are more pressing issues than that at the moment.
