What if Macquarie say to these guys: Look, you need $10M to really give this market a shake. We'll pitch in the $10M at 0.005c and offer current shareholders an SPP for up to $20K each at the same price, maybe even a rights issue?
In return, Mr Kiddle and Mr Meehan are given new 5 year contracts at $250K per annum each. What do you reckon they might do? Say no we don't want the existing holders diluted to oblivion or yes, let's go for that.
