I have understood that AKG are the operators and drillers and two of the directors/owners of AKG own a lot of BUR shares and are on the BUR board (They are from a Texas oil family with many years of experience in Texas drilling if I remember correctly).
I can't work out whether the conflict of interests is a good or bad thing for BUR though - I can see it both ways from different points of view.
