I talk with them outside hc,so please answer my question.think between us we have 7/8%.we dont know so if you know the answer please explain it to us.if its such a great buy why dont investors buy a substantial amount,maybe in the belief of a quick buck,good luck,until security of the leases is guaranteed and a form of funding is obtained,ctr will be very rewarding for traders.
