All I was saying was in response to the Painter, that is, if Okap(Range) is the reason for all the delays, and I say IF, than I would get out at the first decent pump.
If this is not the case, I agree with your thoughts.
After following Range with many CR's, options 'two weeks' and 'shortly's' for many years, one becomes easily suspicious.
