    Maybe Shougang selling down their holdings. Would take a long time at this rate.

    Or a capital raising, at what price.

    They are shore leaving us in the dark. If only Clive would reveal his plans.

    It does look like someone wants out quick or possible wants the share price lower. It appears that it will break through it's 12 month low today of 21. Hope i'm wrong.
