Nightspore is correct. It is not that they got it wrong, they just didn't clarify that it was to be spent over 25 years which is not relevant at the moment.

The difference between 250mt and 400mt shouldn't be focused on too much in my opinion as in the presentation they hope to be mining 6-8mt by 2016. So 250mt is plenty.
