Just one final question, how much is ATQ looking to raise and do you have a rough target price in mind? (If it's not something you can say, just forget it. Im confident of ATQ fundamentals now & am more than willing to come up with dollars if you intend to come to us shhareholders).

I have bunch of specs, but my criteria to turn some into strategic holding is very strict.

ATQ is starting to re-tick all the boxes now with serveral newsflow upcoming.

A recap:

250mt JORC resource (40mt proven) at Mbalawala, further drilling to define more resources commencing Dec.

160-320Mt "exploration target" at Mbuyura/Mkapa. management is confident of turning most into JORC resources at completion of upcoming Dec drilling campaign.

BFS based on conservative US$60/t, 1.5mt feedstock annually to a proposed 450mW power station to be built at the mine mouth has returned 27% IRR, roughly 98m CAPEX. Final binding agreement expects higher sales price, which no doubt improves proftiablity & return. The binding contract is expected to be signed......(sorry don't know this one, maybe Tony can shed some light?)

Small scale mining to generate cash flow starting as early as Feb/ March 2011.

bulk samples delivered and expect to sign commercial sales agreements with local customers shortly.

Company has conducted roadshow this week with more to come after AGM on 23 November.

Addition of new telent to board as ATQ makes transition from explorer to producer. Fingers crossed someone with big name in this industry.

Technically, I see ATQ still in a ST downtrend, sitting right under resistance line. needs to break this line (ie break 23.5/24) to signal resumption of up trend.

With fundamentals significantly derisked now for me, I am more than happy to help "promote" along ATQ :). This could present some good trading opportunities too when ST news start to flow.
